Sea Scouts Need Your Help Rebuilding Their Dock + Boat Repairs
For those of you who haven’t heard yet, our Sea Scout base's dock and gangway need to be replaced and we’re unable to get out on the water much until then. In addition, we now have 60 kids in our program as well as a younger kids program and we received 4 new boat donations to help offer more boating opportunities for all our scouts. But all of the boats need A LOT of work to get up and running in time for our yearly summer trip in July. Our leaders and scouts are helping rebuild the new dock and gangway and perform the boat haulouts so that we can access our dock and boats again but the repairs for all of this are going to cost us $25,000 😔‼️
